- Some say men should drink 3 liters per day and women should drink 2.2 liters per day. Pleaes keep in mind that 8 - 8 oz cups per day is only about 1.9 liters.
- You should drink more than this if you exercise alot, live in high altitudes or areas with high humidity.
- You should also drink alot more than this if you have a health condition or are pregnant.
